About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic fresher candidates to join our inside sales team

in the health and wellness industry. This role involves engaging with potential customers,

understanding their needs, and offering personalised wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2C inside sales through calls and emails using company-provided leads

Engage with potential customers and explain Bione’s products and services

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Close sales and consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information

Exhibit high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Language: Hindi Mandatory

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Start Date: Immediate joiners only

Location: HSR Layout Sector 2, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560102

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Timing: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
