Job Title: Tele caller / Tele calling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a persuasive and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our sales and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining our products and services, answering queries, and driving lead conversions or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to potential customers using provided lists or leads to introduce our products/services.

• Handle incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate details regarding pricing, offers, and terms.

• Identify customer needs, understand pain points, and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate, updated records of customer interactions, feedback, and call statuses in the CRM/system.

• Follow up regularly with leads and existing clients to close sales or ensure satisfaction.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales closures.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / High School pass (Graduate in any stream preferred).

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication in English and local languages, along with active listening skills.

• Personality: Professional, patient, persuasive, and able to handle rejection calmly.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office (Excel/Word), and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
