Telesales Executive – Loans (NBFC / Fintech)

Location: Rajendra Place, Delhi

Experience: 1-2 Years

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to sell loan products (personal loans / payday loans / short- term credit) through outbound calls, convert leads, and achieve sales targets while following RBI and company compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads for loan product sales
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, fees, and repayment terms
Convert leads into disbursed loans and meet monthly targets
Collect and verify basic customer information and KYC details
Follow up with customers to complete documentation and disbursal
Update lead status and call notes in CRM systems
Adhere to RBI, NBFC, and internal compliance policies
Basic understanding of loan products and KYC process
1–2 years of experience in Telesales (loans/fintech preferred)
