About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Technical Sales Executive who enjoys outbound calling, lead engagement, follow-ups, and closing deals. This is not a passive sales role. You will be responsible for actively reaching out to prospects, scheduling demos, pushing conversations forward, and converting leads into paying customers.
If you are confident on calls, comfortable handling objections, and persistent with follow-ups, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Lead engagement end-to-end – first contact to deal closure
• Schedule and coordinate product demos and sales meetings
• Conduct regular follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Maintain and update CRM, Excel sheets, and lead databases
• Prepare daily call reports, activity updates, and sales tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Handle in-person meetings when required
• Take ownership of targets and ensure closure-driven execution
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager related to sales operations
Skills & Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales / inside sales / B2B sales
• Fluent spoken English (mandatory – calls and demos)
• Strong calling confidence and objection-handling ability
• Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and pushing for closure
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel
• Organized with data entry and reporting
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and products
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Persistent, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
