Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday
Gender: Only Female Candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding available courses and career opportunities.

• Understand students’ career goals, requirements, and interests and recommend suitable courses.

• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in interactions.

• Explain course details, benefits, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities clearly.

• Follow up with leads and prospective students regularly.

• Convert enquiries and leads into course admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Build a positive relationship with students and provide guidance throughout the admission process.

• Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth enrolment.

• Achieve individual counselling and admission targets.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly lead and conversion reports.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Education Counselling / Telecalling / Inside Sales.

• Experience in counselling students for courses or training programs is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of lead follow-up and conversion.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable course guidance.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong follow-up skills.
  

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
