Health well Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales & Tele Marketing Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales and telemarketing, along with the ability to supervise and guide a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Supervise and monitor tele calling/telemarketing activities.
Train and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Prepare reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales/Tele Marketing.
Experience in team supervision or leadership preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
