Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product details and technical guidance.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and regular follow-ups.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales performance reports.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product advancements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation strategies.
