About the Role:
TN Digital is looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Telesales Executive who can handle client conversations, understand their business needs, and convert leads into customers. The role requires strong communication skills and a practical understanding of digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls
Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions
Explain services such as websites, SEO, social media marketing, and hosting in a simple and convincing manner
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales closures
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of internet and online tools
Basic understanding of digital marketing and digital products
Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred
Comfortable working in an office-based environment
