About the Role

We are looking for a positive, confident, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating business inquiries, and developing new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.

• Introduce and promote our freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics services.

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the operations/pricing team for suitable quotations.

• Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, and sales reports.

• Achieve monthly call, lead-generation, and business targets.

• Research and identify new customers, industries, and markets.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle objections professionally and convert leads into business.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or shipping will be an advantage.

• Basic computer and MS Office/CRM knowledge.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
