About the Role
Sajre Edutech is seeking a proactive and high-energy Telesales Executive to drive student participation and registrations for the ARMC – Artist Republic Meet Competition.
This role involves contacting potential participants, explaining the competition details, resolving queries, and converting leads into confirmed registrations.
Key Responsibilities Lead Calling & Follow-ups:
Make outbound calls to leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media promotions, WhatsApp inquiries, and referrals.
Explain the ARMC concept, competition structure, categories, prizes, selection process, and participation criteria.
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure closure and maintain engagement.
Sales & Registration Conversion:
Pitch the ARMC competition effectively to students, creators, and young artists.
Address questions related to fees, rules, format, schedules, and guidelines.
Convert warm/hot leads into confirmed registrations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly registration targets.
Counselling & Guidance
Help students understand the benefits of participating in ARMC (exposure, recognition, networking, rewards, opportunities).
Provide clarity on competition levels, judging criteria, event rounds, and submission processes.
Assist participants with any pre-registration issues or concerns.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate and updated lead information, call notes, and conversion status in the CRM.
Track daily call volume, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline progress.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for the sales and operations team.
Coordination
Collaborate with operations and event teams for smooth onboarding of participants.
Share feedback with marketing to improve lead quality and campaigns.
Communicate updates, event changes, or new information to registered participants.
Required Skills & Experience
1–4 years of telesales, inside sales, or counselling experience (event sales or EdTech preferred).
Strong communication, pitching, and persuasive skills.
Experience handling youth-centric or competition-based sales is a plus.
Familiarity with CRMs, lead funnels, and structured sales processes.
Fluency in English and Hindi; other regional languages are advantageous.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech, competitions, talent platforms, or creative industries.
Background in student counselling, event promotions, or outreach campaigns.
Comfortable making high-volume calls and managing multiple follow-ups.
Soft Skills

Excellent listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
