We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive (South India) to join our team at Renuka Devi Food Products Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 (Plus incentives approx Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000) along with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer all queries landing on the phone and whatsapp.
Use the CRM to update all conversations had with Distributor/ B2B Customers)
Maintain data in CRM and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.
Assist in various administrative functions to support Sales efficiency.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role and 3 - 6 years of tele sales experience and EDUCATION IS NOT A CRITERIA. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
