We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive / Career Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive / Career Counsellor who can interview candidates, guide them toward the right vacancy, and close enrollments for our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates
Understand candidate profiles and suggest suitable career options
Counsel candidates and convert leads into enrollments
Maintain follow-ups and achieve enrollment targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication & convincing skills
Strong counselling and sales orientation
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Prior experience in telesales/career counselling preferred
