Job Title: PERSONAL LOAN Executive = Personal loan /Business Loan / Overdraft limits

Job Overview:

We are looking for a PERSONAL LOAN EXCUTIVEexecutive responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, communicating with customers, and managing day-to-day sales operations related to personal loan, business loan and overdraft facilities.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and terms.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
Follow up with interested customers and close sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide proper product information
Maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of Insurance / Banking / Financial products
