Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, professional, and presentable Sales Executive
(Telemarketing) to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects
into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a sales
oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and effectively.
• Generate leads and follow up to close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can also apply).
• Professional verbal communication skills.
• Presentable personality with a confident attitude.
• Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).
