We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive to join our team directly. The role involves client interaction and some cold calling also With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12000 - ₹22000 depending on qualification, past experience and skillset.
Preference for candidates residing in South Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with relevant teams.
Communicate with clients and new lead generation.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 10 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
