Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive – Stock Market & Algo Trading

About the Company

Invictusalgos Tech Solution is a technology-driven company focused on providing solutions in the stock market and algorithmic trading space. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional who has strong knowledge of the stock market and can effectively communicate financial products and services to prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, references, digital channels, networking, and other sales activities.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert prospects into clients.

• Explain the company's algo trading solutions, products, services, and offerings to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.

• Stay updated with stock market trends, trading concepts, and the company's product offerings.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of the Indian stock market and basic trading concepts.

• Prior experience selling stock market products, trading platforms, advisory-related products, algo trading solutions, or financial services will be preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and communication tools.
  

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with an existing understanding of the stock market and experience in broking, trading, algo trading, investment platforms, financial products, or related sales roles will be preferred.
