Job Title: Tele-sales Executive

Industry: Banking / Insurance (BFSI)

Experience: 1–4 years (Banking or Insurance sector preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote banking/insurance products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales within the Banking or Insurance sector.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

• Basic knowledge of banking/insurance products.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.

• Proficiency in computer usage and CRM systems.

• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in selling loans, credit cards, insurance policies, or financial products.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
