Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

GFE is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Counselor to promote and sell export-import services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, customer-handling, and sales skills, with the ability to convert potential leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel potential clients regarding the company's export-import services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into sales.

Explain service offerings, benefits, and business opportunities to customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development.

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of export-import services will be an advantage.

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.

Ability to handle customer queries and follow up professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining sales records.
