Job Role: Telesales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Generate new leads and business opportunities
Promote company products and services
Follow up with clients and close sales
Maintain customer database and sales records
Share product information, pricing, and company details
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Achieve monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
