Work Location: Whitefield.

Work Schedule: Six days a week with one rotational day off.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.

A solid understanding of sales, particularly in loans, is required.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Identifying new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Developing and implementing business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Knowledge of financial products and services.

Identifying and approaching prospective clients to offer financial solutions.

Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Acting as a liaison between the client and the company to address queries and provide solutions.

Salary:

Freshers: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (inclusive of PF and ESI)

Experienced candidates: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (inclusive of PF and ESI)

No incentives, but coverage of up to ₹5 LPA for insurance.

Selection Process:

The interview will consist of three rounds: HR, OPS, and Versant.
