Job Title: Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Coordinate effectively with all team members for day-to-day business activities.

• Achieve assigned sales and target responsibilities.

• Assist management in executing office systems, procedures, and functions.

• Provide complete support to the consulting department.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding pending issues such as outstanding payments, sales invoices, and documentation.

• Manage all communication through letters, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.

• Handle software entries, prepare and send invoices to customers, and ensure timely document filing.

• Prepare daily reports for seniors on sales and collections.

• Maintain Sales MIS and Collection MIS on a daily basis.

• Prepare Proforma and final invoices as per requirements.

• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update accounting systems.

Greet and assist visitors and employees with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduation

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹26,000 per month
