The Senior Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and meeting monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills, proven telesales experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending conversions.
Manage customer objections and provide effective solutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Train, support, and guide junior telesales executives when needed.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent service quality.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email communication).
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (as per job requirement).
Experience in the same industry (IT, finance, real estate, education, etc.).
Team-handling or mentoring experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
