🎯 Job Role As a Telesales Executive, you will handle inbound/outbound leads generated from social media and website inquiries. Your main role will be to understand client requirements, explain our services, and convert inquiries into paid projects.

• 📝 Key ResponsibilitiesDaily inbound & outbound calls to potential clients

• Understand customer requirements related to house planning, elevation, construction, and interiors

• Present and explain BungalowMakers’ services clearly

• Convert qualified leads into sales through consistent follow-up

• Handle customer objections professionally

• Maintain all lead records and follow-ups in CRM

• Coordinate with architects & sales team whenever needed

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Share brochures, sample work, website links to clients when required

• 📌 Required SkillsExcellent communication in Hindi and basic English

• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability

• Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-friendly attitude

• Ability to understand client needs and suggest solutions

• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, CRM usage

• Target-driven and disciplined in follow-ups

• Experience in real estate / interior / construction sales (added advantage)
