Better Homz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining property projects, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided databases.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in CRM systems.
Follow up regularly with interested clients to close sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
Maintain daily call reports and performance records.
Coordinate with sales managers for lead conversion and deal closure.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi required, English is a plus).
Strong sales mindset and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge and data handling ability.
Confidence in handling customer objections.
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
