We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads for hair transplant services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable speaking with prospective patients, and possess the ability to convert inquiries into clinic consultations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.

• Explain hair transplant procedures, benefits, pricing, and available treatment options.

• Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable consultation appointments.

• Convert qualified leads into booked consultations and support the sales conversion process.

• Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment booking targets.

• Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors to ensure smooth scheduling of consultations.

• Address customer queries professionally and build trust throughout the sales journey.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and confidentiality.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Good listening skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (graduates or experienced undergraduates may be considered).

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or wellness sales is preferred.
