Candidate Requirements and Experience
· BBA/MBA or Hotel Management Graduates with. 5+ years of experience in telecalling or inside sales, preferably in commercial real estate. The candidate should be self-driven and target-oriented professional with excellent verbal English communication skills.
· Proven experience in handling commercial property inquiries and lead conversion.
· Strong knowledge of commercial office spaces, investment properties, and business parks.
· Strong knowledge to explain about the ROI & other Parameters to the customers.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365.
· Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
· The candidate should be willing take calls in weekends.
· Understanding of Hyderabad specific real estate market is a must.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Contact prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for commercial real estate assets.
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties and investment opportunities.
· Qualify leads based on budget, business requirements, and investment opportunities.
· Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
· Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead allocation and customer support.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.
· Address customer queries professionally.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and commercial real estate developments.
