Job Overview

Make My Homez Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful property sales. Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry are preferred; however, motivated freshers with excellent sales potential are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial property sales.

• Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about available projects.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales deals effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred).

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends will be an advantage.
