Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor with a strong background in admission counseling and sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in counseling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, and achieving enrollment targets while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

• Convert inquiries into successful admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.

• Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling along with Sales.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.

• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
