Job Purpose:
The Tele Sales Cum Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating sales through tele-calling, coordinating with distributors and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records to support overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tele Sales Operations
Make outbound calls to distributors, retailers, and prospective customers
Promote SOROO products, schemes, and new launches
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders
Follow up for payments and repeat orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
2. Sales Coordination
Coordinate with field sales team, warehouse, and accounts department
Prepare sales orders, Proforma Invoices (PI), and order confirmations
Track dispatch status and update customers regularly
Handle customer queries and basic complaint coordination
3. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales data, order records, and follow-up sheets
Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel
Track targets, achievements, and pending payments
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Sales Coordination
Experience in Electronics / Mobile Accessories / FMCG preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Strong follow-up and negotiation ability
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email
Ability to multitask in the back office and work under pressure
