Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating business, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.

• Generate sales and convert leads into paying customers.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer information and call records.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional service.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

• Experience in the travel industry or B2B sales will be an advantage.
