Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.
Update CRM/database with customer details and call outcomes.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation will be an added advantage.
