Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.

• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversions.

• Develop a strong understanding of company products to better assist customers and support sales efforts.

• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies during calls.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team or direct qualified leads to relevant departments.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).

• Strong verbal communication skills in [languages preferred – e.g., English, Hindi, and regional languages].

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage is a plus).

• Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and a proactive approach.

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
