· Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features, pricing, and offers.

· Engage with key customer segments - engineers, builders, promoters, contractors, and cement shop owners

· Use customer databases and platforms like Indiamart, Justdial, and TradeIndia to identify and contact new leads.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and confirmed orders.

· Coordinate with the field sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
