Job Description: Telecalling Executive

Company Name: JP Enterprises

Job Location: Sector 63, H-Block

Working Hours: 9 Hours per day

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Maintain a positive and professional tone while communicating with customers.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates and closures.

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome.

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

Basic knowledge of calling processes.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
