Salary: As per industry standards + incentives (FIXED SALARY)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain financial products such as home loans, personal loans, business loans, LAP, etc.

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).

• Basic knowledge of finance or loan products (training will be provided).

• Confidence, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work with targets and incentives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior telecalling or finance experience is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
