PFIL Finance is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Telecaller to promote and sell pocket loans through our own mobile application. The role involves direct B2C communication, where the candidate will connect with potential customers over calls, explain loan products, and assist them in completing the loan application process via the app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote pocket loan products via PFIL Finance mobile application

• Explain loan features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly to customers

• Assist customers in downloading, registering, and applying for loans through the app

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Follow up with interested customers to ensure loan application completion

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or system

• Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns related to loan products

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
