Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to convert social media inquiries into appointments and loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for calling Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our services and offers, and booking appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with social media leads daily.

• Convert inquiries into salon and spa appointments.

• Explain services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.

• Build rapport with potential clients and handle objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/Excel sheet.

• Follow up with missed, pending, and inactive leads.

• Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer applications.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
