Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Mahak Enterprises. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.

Job Role:

• Handle customer inquiries through B2B portals, calls, WhatsApp, and messages.

• Provide basic information about CNC Router, Laser Cutting & Marking machines.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machines.

• Follow up with leads regularly and work towards closing sales.

• Maintain daily records of inquiries (Excel or notebook).

• Communicate with B2B clients (factory/workshop owners).

• Follow the sales process under senior guidance.

• Respond to new leads in a timely and professional manner

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls and leads

• Maintain professional communication on whatsapp

• Convince customers and build trust

• Submit daily reports (Calls, leads, follow-ups)

• work towards achieving sales target.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is above 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
