Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and promote water softener products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain water softener products

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information

• Generate and follow up on leads for sales conversion

• Schedule site visits or demos for the technical team

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / Intermediate

• Good communication skills (Telugu & English preferred)

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

• Experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage

Skills Required:

• Communication & convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)

• Customer handling and follow-up skills
