Job Title: Telesales Executive – Franchise Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive for Franchise Sales to join our team at Malad. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain franchise opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries related to franchise sales.
Generate and follow up on leads regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Requirements:
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales/telesales/field sales
Strong communication skills in any language (multilingual candidates preferred)
Sales-driven mindset with good negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate with prior experience in sales background (field or telesales)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and good convincing skills
