Job Responsibilities:

Handle all inquiries received through the IndiaMART portal.

Call potential customers and understand their requirements.

Generate new business leads through cold calling and follow-up.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM/Excel database.

Follow up regularly until the order is finalized.

Build long-term relationships with customers across India.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in industrial sales or telecalling (B2B preferred).

Experience with IndiaMART is an advantage.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.

Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
