Job Title: Job Coordinator

Job Location: Tejpur, Gadbadi, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-Hand)

Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Weekly Off

Job Summary

GFE is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Job Coordinator to manage job-related coordination, communicate with candidates and clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal team members.

Manage job-related communication and follow-ups.

Schedule interviews and coordinate interview timings.

Maintain candidate records, job updates, and documentation.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

Ensure timely communication between candidates and the hiring team.

Handle daily coordination tasks and prepare regular updates.

Support the team in achieving recruitment and operational targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Graduate candidates preferred.

Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
