Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote Codexae’s web development and digital services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Understand client needs and explain company services effectively.
Maintain client database, follow up with prospects, and ensure lead conversion.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve outreach and client engagement.
Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / B2B sales / inside sales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi.
Basic understanding of IT or web development services is a plus.
Goal-oriented, energetic, and confident on calls.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets preferred.
