This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller profile located in Pune Camp. The role involves conducting sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent sales service, maintaining and improving customer relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and providing sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes meeting sales targets.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven sales track record and experience in online marketing
Ability to lead a team and meet sales targets
Customer support experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in consulting services and knowledge of various industries is a plus
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
Package:
