Digital Ora Is Hiring – Sales Telecaller

Digital Ora, a digital marketing agency based in Kandivali West, Mumbai, is looking for motivated candidates for telecalling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential clients and introduce Digital Ora’s digital marketing services.

• Generate leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Explain SEO, social media marketing, Google Business Profile management, and online advertising services.

• Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into customers.

• Work towards the monthly sales target of ₹2,00,000.

• Maintain client records and daily calling reports.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹7,000–₹10,000, subject to agreed employment terms.

• Target Achievement Incentive: Up to ₹60,000, subject to the applicable target and incentive policy.

• Sales Commission: 30% on eligible customer sales, as per the commission policy.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass.

• Good Hindi communication skills; Marathi is an advantage.

• Strong convincing, follow-up, and sales skills.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
