Job Description

DhanPathshala Academy is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Telecallers to join our team in Bareilly. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our stock market education courses, following up with interested leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and follow up on enquiries received through different channels.

• Explain DhanPathshala Academy's stock market courses, training programs, and course benefits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.

• Convert interested enquiries into course admissions through effective communication.

• Follow up with potential students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the company CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Build positive relationships with students and provide professional assistance.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth admissions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Good Hindi communication skills.

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

• Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a target-oriented mindset.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Salary & Incentives

• Monthly salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹47,000.

• Salary and incentives will depend on the company's compensation structure, performance, and sales achievements.
