📍 LOCATION: Hoodi, Bangalore
💼 EXPERIENCE: 1–3 Years in Sales / BPO Sector
💰 SALARY: Up to ₹30,000 Take-Home + CTC
🎁 INCENTIVES: ₹10,000–₹15,000

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact potential customers and understand their two-wheeler loan requirements.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and required documents.

• Assist customers throughout the loan application process.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  

🔹 ELIGIBILITY

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales/BPO/Telecalling or Loan Sales.

• Good communication skills in English with any 2 regional languages OR English with Telugu.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

⏰ SHIFT TIMINGS

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
OR
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
