Job Title: Sales Telecaller (Business Coaching - MSME Segment)

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with MSME business owners, understanding their business challenges, and pitching our coaching programs effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and a passion for helping business owners grow.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Calling & Qualification
o Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and social media
o Qualify leads based on business size, revenue, and growth intent
o Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM
· Consultative Selling
o Understand the pain points of MSME business owners (sales, team, operations, profits)
o Explain the value of our business coaching programs in a clear and compelling manner
o Build trust and rapport with prospects
· Appointment Setting / Closure Support
o Schedule calls or meetings for senior sales consultants / closers
o Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
o Assist in converting leads into paying clients
· Follow-ups & Relationship Management
o Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
o Handle objections and provide relevant information to move leads forward
· Target Achievement
o Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
o Contribute to revenue generation through effective lead conversion
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Graduate (any stream preferred)
· Experience:
o 1–3 years in telecalling / inside sales / telesales (EdTech or coaching industry preferred)
· Core Skills:
o Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
o Persuasive and confident personality
o Ability to understand business challenges of MSMEs
o Basic knowledge of sales techniques (lead qualification, objection handling, closing basics)
· Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
o Comfortable with calling software, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication
