We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at C Square Financial Advisory Llp. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹13,000 - ₹22,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer Queries and customer concern .
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific customer .
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling Activities .
- Understand Customers Requirements and Recommend suitable financial products and services.
- Achieve Daily call productivity benchmark and conversion targets
- Maintain and Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM Systems.
- Follow-up regularly with interested prospect to maximizes conversation Rates.
- Cross-sell and UP-Sell Relevant Products based on Customers Needs .
- Handle customers Objections Professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to competence guidelines and Quality standards during customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
