Key Responsibilities

✔ Make outbound calls to prospective clients and applicants

✔ Explain award nomination services and enrollment process

✔ Generate leads and maintain customer database

✔ Follow up with interested applicants via phone, WhatsApp, and email

✔ Build strong relationships with potential clients

✔ Handle customer queries professionally

✔ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

✔ Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates

✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi communication skills

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities

• Strong sales and follow-up skills

• Customer handling and relationship-building skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Sales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, Insurance Sales, Education Sales, Loan Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Business Development

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

• Immediate joiners preferred
